Nestled in a peaceful rural setting, the villa features a fully enclosed garden with an electric gate, also offering parking space for your vehicles. The pool (10x5 m, 1.8 m deep) is secured with an alarm and surrounded by a terrace with 6 sun loungers and a lawn where children can play. An additional terrace with table, chairs, and parasol is perfect for outdoor dining.

Inside, you’ll find a bright living area with a comfortable sofa, a TV with Netflix, and access to Disney+ and Prime Video using your own login. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

The villa offers 3 ground-floor bedrooms: two with double beds (160x200 cm) and one with two single beds (90x190 cm). The spacious bathroom has double sinks and a shower, plus a second separate toilet. A washing machine and dryer are included, and air conditioning in the living area and two bedrooms ensures comfort during warm summer days.

Perfect location: Enjoy the peaceful countryside of Provence, relax by the Sorguette River for a spot of fishing, or have fun at Parc Spirou, the Wave Island waterpark, and a beautiful local recreational lake. For adventure lovers, the Mont Ventoux is just a 30-minute drive away.

The house has an attached apartment for the owners, but not connected to your accommodation, with a separate entrance and gate, fully separated so you can enjoy your stay in complete peace and privacy.
