About this property

comfortable and spacious guest apartment in the countryside

In our newly furnished and comfortable basement apartment (74m ²) with hall, kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and extra chamber you too with max. 4 people feel good quickly. You live in the spacious living room with 55 inch TV, separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, chamber and hallway. Additional beds are possible.
The apartment has its own access and parking space for a car on the property. You park your car directly at the apartment on the property and thus you have direct access to the beautiful city forest for great walks. It is about 5 minutes by car. to the city center.
However, we are happy to provide our somewhat "old-fashioned" bicycles for this purpose or to "get bread", then it only takes about 15 minutes to the city.

Comfortable and spacious

A well located flat within easy reach of numerous good places to visit, including Wittenberg itself. All facilities one could want were available, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. It was excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this to a friend, and would also return myself.

War mit meiner Mutter auf einem Trip zurück zu den Wurzeln. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich waren sogar zum privaten Osterfeuer eingeladen die Wohnung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig

Alles ist wie beschrieben und für unseren langen Aufenthalt hätte es nicht besser sein können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Frau und Herrn Bräunlich war großartig. Schöne Ferienwohnung

nahe Wittenberg. Die Wohnung ist nicht direkt in Wittenberg aber die Stadt ist schnell und gut erreichbar. Wir sind bequem mit den Fahrrädern hingefahren. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus und die Wohnung ist schön. Die Kinder haben im Kinderzimmer im Doppelstockbett geschlafen und die Eltern auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Es war alles vorhanden und auch sehr sauber. Schön wäre eine Verdunklung im Wohnzimmer. Da man als Erwachsener dort schläft, ist es im Sommer früh hell im Zimmer. Es gibt Vorhänge, die sehr hell sind und das Licht reinlassen.

Entspanntes Silvester

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Tage in dieser wirklich sehr hübsch und hochwertig eingerichteten Wohnung. Auch unsere Söhne haben sich dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Mit ein paar schönen Spaziergängen in und um Wittenberg konnten wir dort genau das ruhige und entspannte Silvester verbringen, das wir uns gewünscht hatten.
