Our beautiful apartment is located in Minden, district Stemmer. It is located in a quiet environment, with direct views of the surrounding horse pasture. A grocery store is 500 meters away and can even be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The city of Minden can be reached by car in about 7 minutes, by bike in 20 minutes.

The apartment is very spacious, has about 120sqm, with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a separate toilet and a large bathroom with shower and separate bath.

One bedroom has a 180 x 200cm double bed, one bedroom has two single beds 90 x 200cm, in the living room there is a large sofa and a pull-out sofa, which can also be used for sleeping.

All rooms have black-out blinds by the large windows and louvers for the skylights.

The apartment is fully heated.

You reach the apartment via a private entrance, and there are also free parking spaces available. The apartment is located on the first floor, stairs must be used, no elevator available.

Dogs are allowed at the property, as they are housebroken.
