Our 33sqm apartment is located on the ground floor with a large terrace and a panoramic view in the south direction. Enjoy our bright friendly living room with leather furniture, dining area and open kitchen with dishwasher, flat screen and stereo system and the allergy-friendly Disignlaminat. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, completely renovated and unfortunately not allowed for pets. The large garden is available for shared use.
