Great communication from the host throughout the check in process and was very simple and easy. This was a work trip so I didn't use the amenities like the pool (wish I would've gotten the chance), but lovely neighbors and safe location

Philip was a great host. This condo is 20 minutes from Sarasota international airport, 3 minutes from IMG academy and 10 minutes from the beach. There are many shops and supermarkets 2 minutes from the condo. I’ll definitely be staying again

This condo is one of our favorite places to stay in Bradenton. Close to the beach, IMG Academy, Bradenton International Airport, many restaurants and shops. It’s clean and as described! Will definitely stay again.
