This bayfront home features two comfy bedrooms, bright and airy living area, two covered decks, and panoramic bay views. Located on Sportsman Road, this casual escape is where Galvestonians have spent their weekends for decades.

Both bedrooms feature king and queen beds, plus their own en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Step into the living area for a gorgeous view of the Bay. The wall of windows lights up the home with the stunning scenery, and the comfortable furnishings will make you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully-equipped, so it’s easy to whip up your favorite meals.

Bay House is a traditionally-styled fishing camp with a private T-head pier, the perfect place to catch and clean your fish. Fish all day and night with the family, right from your own backyard. Cook up your fresh catch on the patio’s charcoal grill, and enjoy al fresco dining. The decks boast an abundance of patio furniture, including a picnic table, so there’s plenty of space to spread out for hours of relaxation.

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Good fishing house
Good simple house for fishing trips. Only negative is that the weather wasn’t better and the sink on the pier didn’t work. I would book this house again.
