Tastefully furnished vacation apartment in a quiet & sunny panoramic location
The two tastefully furnished 2 and 3-room apartments "Appartamenti Vista da Sogno" are located in a small residence with a total of 10 apartments in the idyllic village of Pino just behind the Swiss border. Here you can enjoy a gorgeous view of the lake to the islands of Brissago, Ascona and the Alps in a quiet and sunny location. In about 2 minutes you reach the village center with a small bar and a "Tante-Emma-Laden", where you can buy all things for your daily needs. The beach is about 900 m away, with a beautiful Liegewiese and 2 restaurants. If you would like to explore the area on foot, you can start exploring the forest, just a 5-minute walk away, with its wide network of beautiful walking and hiking trails. Luino, with its famous weekly market, can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The town of Pino itself has a train connection, so you can take a day trip to the Lombardy metropolis of Milan without a car. You can park your car easily in front of the house at the free public parking. 3 room maisonette apartment no. 4 on the upper floor with approx. 70 m² living space, up to 4 persons: 1. Level: Entrance area Well-equipped kitchen with 4-burner stove, unique lake, island and alpine view as well as exit to the 2. Balcony bedroom with pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons and exit to the 1. Balcony Friendly bathroom with bathtub with shower and window Approx. 10 m² large, covered balcony with view of the lake, the mountains and the sunny village 2., approx. 10 m² large, covered sunbath with a unique lake, island and alpine view 2. Level: Large gallery room with 2 roof windows and beautiful wooden beams. The room is divided into a living area with couch, seating furniture and satellite TV and a sleeping area with double bed (single mattresses). There are 2 free children's beds available.
