We are pleased to offer you the "La Marenca" residence: the small holiday complex is located in a sunny and quiet location, just above Cannobio, and accommodates ten tastefully furnished apartments. Each of them has different private outdoor areas. The terraces and large balconies are designed in such a way that they can be connected to each other if necessary. This creates the possibility of simultaneously adding adjoining apartments and correspondingly increasing the outside areas for the shared use of several families. In addition to the building is the approximately 1.000 m² large community property with lounging possibilities, from where you can enjoy an equally beautiful view of the river, Cannobio, the lake and the mountains as from the outside areas of the apartments. In the event that you do not want to be completely isolated from the rest of the world on holiday, a WLAN Internet access is available in each apartment free of charge. Due to the proximity to the village center, this residence is an ideal base for a pleasant stay. Numerous hiking trails invite you to explore the scenic "Valle Cannobina" directly from the house or "discover the area" by bike. The owner provides free bicycles for the period of your holiday (three of them with a child seat). In about 5 minutes you are on foot in the beautiful old town of Cannobio with its shops, bars, cafes and restaurants; In about 10 minutes you reach the lake with the free public beach, the romantic lakeside promenade as well as two charming natural bathing beaches on the River Cannobina, which especially in the summer with refreshing bathing lures. All guests have a separate laundry room with two washing machines, an ironing board and an iron free of charge. Breakfast service on request. Each apartment has an underground car park. If you arrive with several cars, you can use the guest parking. 2-room apartment No. 103 on the ground floor with about 50 m² living space, up to 4 persons: living / dining room with pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons, satellite TV and exit to the terrace Well equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, 4 ring stove and Microwave Bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be placed side by side, and exit to the garden. We had a great stay! The location was perfect (and short walk into the old town) and the owner was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was basic but perfectly equipped and very clean. The garden was great, private and with a lovely view. There were also bikes to use.
Unfortunately the tv did not work (but that didn't bother us as we were unlikely to watch it) and we couldn't find a washing machine (which is listed)

Wohnung mit Hund ideal
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sehr sauber! Allerdings ist die Wohnung sehr spartanisch und nicht besonders hochwertig eingerichtet. Leider kein 'Wohlfühlort' bei schlechtem Wetter. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Terrasse und eine kleine Grünfläche. Für den Aufenthalt mit Hund ideal. Die Wohnung sowie die Wohnanlage ist insgesamt sehr, sehr hellhörig! WLAN abends eher sehr schwach. Aber netter "Host" vor Ort .
Der Ort und die Lage vom Marenca sind sehr gut. Der Service vor Ort auch. Die Ausstattung ist leider ziemlich minimalistisch,

Da wurden morgens um 7 Uhr Flaschen im Container ensorgt da ist man aus dem Bett gefallen.Und es war allgemein sehr hellhörig.
