The home is perfect. Everything needed for a great weeks stay was provided. The property manager was great to work with from check in to any questions we had she was very helpful.

Better than advertised!

This home was beyond perfect during our spring break stay. We were three families - six adults and six children ranging in age from 7 - 15. We literally couldn't find a single thing to complain about. The inside of the home is amazing - big and spacious with big bedrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen was huge and stocked with everything we could ever need. There's a huge dining table that seats 12 - maybe 14 - if you choose not to eat on the beautiful patio. The kids loved the basement with the movie theater, pool table and bunk room. The outside is better than any pictures could ever demonstrate. It's the best possible entertaining space with an incredible pool, plenty of seating, huge outdoor TV, great sound system, ample shade, a putting green, basketball court, built-in cornhole . . to say we never got bored would be an understatement! We didn't want to leave! But when we did leave we loved the location - just a few short minutes from Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, right in the middle of the action in Scottsdale. This was by far the coolest and nicest house our group has ever rented. The icing on the cake . . we left something behind at check-out and the host kindly mailed it back to us immediately and wouldn't even accept reimbursement. First class across the board! We hope to be back in the future!

lots of problems

No cold water, electrical problems, plumbing problems, dirty underwear in bathroom, tvs didn't work. Pee stains on bunk bed mattresses. Someone should fire the management company. We would like some compensation having to deal with these problems.

Stunning Get Away

This property is stunning! The spacious layout was perfect for friends and family to spend time together and still have their own space. We loved that every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house was clean and well stocked, as was the casita. The outdoor spa like retreat was the perfect place to unplug and unwind. The grounds were well manicured. The game room and movie room provided a fun afternoon during a rain storm. The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood and within short driving distance of shopping, dining and golf. The property management team was friendly and communicated clearly during check in and check out. We didn’t have any need to contact them for any other reason during our stay.

PERFECT!

This is a property that the owners obviously take great pride in and it shows. Every detail is well thought out; high end furnishings, bed linens and mattresses, bedding, etc. The outdoor area is spectacular. Pool, hot tub, firepit, luxurious outdoor furniture and perfectly groomed grounds. We had a tiny hiccup upon arrival with the pool heat and the owners and the property management were immediately responsive and even called in a personal favor to have it rectified right away. THANK YOU! As frequent VRBO users, this was the BEST!
