This suite is in a great location with a wonderful view. Well maintained, very clean, with a nicely equipped kitchen. Owner was friendly and very helpful upon our arrival. Great weekend getaway spot!

Awesome Location
What a gem of a rental! Stunning location right on the water. The weather was cold and windy and half the time we didnʻt want to even leave the unit but rather watch the world and the ferries go by outside the big picture windows. The couch is comfy and there is plenty of seating. The downtown location makes for great walks in town and along the waterfront. There is no dedicated parking but it was never an issue. Maybe more so in the summer. The unit was decently appointed, some things dated to the point of being retro, but very comfortable and adequate. On the last day I locked us out and the contact number was answered promptly and the door was unlocked remotely. Our week was very pleasant and I would choose to stay here again and in a heartbeat and would recommend to all except maybe those with kids in the 2-4 year range because of the steep stairs to the loft and the railings in the loft, or anyone with trouble with stairs as the stairs are a bit steep (with great handrails on both sides) with the bed upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. Suggestions to the landlord - I was sure I was going to break the bathroom faucet as it is super hard to turn on and two of the stove burners need attention. The only other things I missed were a large non-stick frying pan and maybe a Bluetooth speaker and some USB charging ports. The grandkids (on Facetime) had never seen a CD player and were convinced it was a Roomba.

Best visit yet
We visit family in PT 1-2 times a year and finally found the perfect place to stay. We had everything we needed for cooking, and a cozy place to enjoy the views. We especialy loved being downtown with so many great places within walking distance. My favorite part was coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean from my bedroom. We are excited to go back!

Beautiful views
Perfect location (right by our favorite coffee shop Velocity). We parked our car and didn’t move it for 3 days. Everything is walkable. The views out of every window and from the deck are beautiful.

The Inn is located above Elevated Ice Cream Co. and Candy Shop, known the world around, and loved by many for over 40 years.

Elevated Ice Cream has been making Homemade Ice Cream on premises since 1977. The Candy Shop adjacent to the Ice Cream Parlor features Handmade Chocolates, also made in Port Townsend by Elevated Candy Co.

Elevated is known for its truly delicious ice creams, use of local and regional ingredients (long before it was a trend) and a welcoming atmosphere.

The shop has been acclaimed by TravelChannel.com as one of the 10 Best Ice Cream Parlors in the US. It has been featured in many publications including Sunset Magazine, Frommer’s Travel Guides, and Best Places Northwest, as well as trade publications including Dessert Professional magazine and the Jelly Belly Chronicle.

Founders Julie and David McCulloch added the Inn in 1990 as one more way of sharing this special location on the shore of Puget Sound with its expansive views from Cascades to Olympics.

Your reservation response and arrival will be handled by Julie or Mary. We look forward to meeting you!
