I stayed at this apartment for a few days while working in Salt Lake City. It was super nice to be downtown and a short walk from my office, and to have a home away from home. The building had a lot of entrances and there were too parking garages not connected, a few more days and I would be a pro at remembering which floor to get off on for the garage where my car was parked. Next time I'll hit the ground running.

Awesome place to stay in SLC

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute, comfortable apartment while in SLC. The location is cozy and well centralized, and the hosting team were great with check-in instruction and answering questions.

Great, centrally located condo!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Centrally located to ski resorts in the Ogden Valley, as well as the Cottonwood Canyons. So much to do downtown. Unit was clean, property manager was attentive, and overall had a great stay!

I staked in this cozy apartment that is in a great location with my family of 4. It’s in a great location and everything was no more than a 30 min drive. Will definitely rent again when visiting salt lake.

A near perfect VRBO experience. The room was clean and spacious with a great kitchen and a “Smiths” grocery store a few blocks away, which allowed me to mostly “eat in”. The check in process was very simple and communication with the host was the best I think I’ve ever had - responses within minutes. It was a 4 minute drive to the downtown area (temple square, state capitol, and convention center) and it was really nice to have the parking included. Balcony was modest but nice for getting work done in the mornings.

This property is located in central downtown SLC, which was perfect for our stay. Many places are walking distance or a short drive. The property had all basic necessities. It was easy to get in/out of building. Nice to have access to garage parking in downtown SLC!

Property is nice and clean, and looked just like the photos. It is close to tons of places downtown and helped feel super safe. I wish the hot tub hours were more flexible, but we had a great stay.

Home away from home

I was working locally on a project for 2 months and this place was nice and cozy to live in during my time in SLC. The Property Manager was always attentive to my needs during my stay and I would definitely room here again the next time I visit Salt Lake City.

Pro: Mattress was nice. Con: Sheets are not cotton. I was disappointed in the general upkeep and cleanliness of this apt. It felt like the focus was on maximizing profit (cutting corners to save ) and not on guest experience. I was a VRBO owner/mgr for 8 years….Sofa was very worn, soiled and uncomfortable. Dirty kitchen utensils, and lack of baking dishes were unsatisfactory for a Thanksgiving stay.

I can’t say enough about this VRBO, it was clean, convenient, perfect size!! I will be back!!

The property was perfect, everything was stocked -from laundry detergent, soaps, coffee and plenty of towels!! It was a convenient location, close to trolley square, the tracks and restaurants. I would highly recommend!!
