Our gated-community townhouse offers a resort feeling with all the comforts of home, peaceful & quiet, yet central to Disney, Old Town, and all major attractions. After an exciting family day, relax in your private patio hot tub and enjoy the nature, or soak up some sun at the resort poolside (slides, drinks, snacks). Fun for adults and kids of all ages!

Two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome with bedroom and showers on second floor. Inside Regal Oaks community which has pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, water slide, pool-side food, and small general store.

Easy parking in front of unit . Walking to exciting Old Town in about 5 minutes. Disney is a short drive usually 6-10 minutes, about 3 miles.

Sweet property close to Disney

Dave and Val are fantastic hosts, and this property is a lovely space near to the Disney parks! Perfect landing pad after a long day of adventuring.

Wonderful and close to the parks!

This property was perfect for our needs! My husband and I traveled with my best friend and our goddaughter to Orlando and this place was so wonderful! We were about 10 minutes from the Disney parks and maybe 15/20 minutes to Universal. The home was a great size and we were amazed at the size of the guest room bathroom! Both upstairs bathrooms were huge with double sinks! And the downstairs half bath was extremely convenient. The kitchen would've been great to cook in but we decided to eat out or order in during our stay. We loved the outdoor space and relaxing after a long day in the sunbathing chairs! Our goddaughter really loved the toys that were at the house and all the adults enjoyed the smart TVs so we could watch our favorite shows and movies. The house was right next to Old Town, which included a grocery store, liquor store, fun activities, and lots of restaurants. The highlight was the location near the parks, as that's where we spent the majority of our time during our trip. Dave was extremely responsive whenever we had questions and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an off-site spot near the attractions! We will absolutely be back to visit and this home will be our first choice! 10/10!
