Eagle's Nest 205

This property is exactly as depicted on the VRBO website. The location at the north end of Marco Island is quiet and convenient to anything you might need. The view from the lanai is very soothing with the pool in the foreground and beautiful sunsets beyond plus the river in between. The king sized bed is super comfortable and the adjoining bath is well designed. The well hidden laundry is super handy. While the condo has everything one might need for a great vacation what sets it apart from most vacation rentals is the property host. Allison was everything you could hope for in a host. From the initial booking to the end of the stay she was always available and easily accessible. The face to face greeting on arrival with answers to anything you need sets the tone for your entire stay. She also provided texting suggestions for local activities. My only issue with this review is that it might make it harder for me to rent the property again myself. Enjoy!

Eagles Nest is the perfect perch!

This Condo is in a great location and in walking distance to good restaurants and a 7 minute drive to Tigertail beach. The very popular Snook Inn restaurant is less than a 2 minute walk, Marek Restaurant for dinner also a 2 minute walk and then there are a few others around the corner and a great place for breakfast at the Smith house. You can walk to most shops, the grocery store and other restaurants within a half hour. The condo itself is in a small quiet building with great neighbours. It has clean will kept grounds and a heated pool. The condo is a great size for two people. The lanai overlooks the pool and canal and has a partial view of the sunset. Alison the property manager was great and very attentive. We would definetly stay here again.
