Welcome to our lovely 15th century half-timbered house, nestled in the middle of nature. Charming cocoon for two people, nature, calm and authenticity, nestled in the heart of the Pays d'Auge.

Ideal for a romantic getaway, the house offers a peaceful setting, a beautiful view of the forest and a vast garden of 2 hectares.

Relax in the shade of the weeping willows, the spacious and warm room is a real cocoon.

Here, everything invites you to slow down and enjoy.

The assets of the house:
This is a charming little Norman house of 60 m2 spread over two levels, totally restored with natural materials, enjoying a very pleasant atmosphere.
On the ground floor you will find a living space consisting of a kitchen/dining area and a bathroom.
Upstairs a very large bedroom / living room with cathedral ceiling awaits you.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric oven, hob, kettle, toaster.
The bathroom is with shower, toilet, hairdryer, towel radiator

The upstairs bedroom has a very comfortable 1 bed for 2 people 140 cm

Bed linen and towels are provided.
The house is heated by central heating and you benefit from high-speed fibre .

At your disposal you will find the basic condiments you need: salt, pepper, olive oil, butter, some herbs...

The price includes enough to prepare your breakfast for two mornings: tea, coffee, butter, milk, egg (*), honey (*)...
(*) depending on the shopping at the market.

We ask you to clean when you leave in order to leave the house in the same state of welcome as when you arrived. If you are unable to do so, we will ask you for a financial contribution of 50 euros towards the cleaning costs. Please let us know when you arrive. Thank you for your understanding.
