This is our second year staying here, and it continues to feel like a home away from home. It’s incredibly family-friendly, and the pool is always the biggest hit with everyone. Between the game room, the spacious kitchen, and the beautiful pool, there’s truly something for every member of the family to enjoy. The price is very reasonable for everything this home offers, making it an excellent value. We had another wonderful stay and are already looking forward to coming back next year. My family sends their regards, and we’ll definitely see you again!

Thank you so much for your kind words and for choosing to stay with us again! It truly means a lot to hear that our home has become a “home away from home” for your family and that everyone enjoyed the pool, game room, and time together. Your thoughtful review is especially meaningful to us because managing a short-term rental takes a lot of time and effort, and there are certainly moments when we wonder whether we should continue. Feedback like yours reminds us why we do. We truly believe in sharing our beautiful home and giving other families the opportunity to enjoy our home, the city, nearby river, lakes, and everything this area has to offer, just as our own family does. It has been a pleasure hosting your family for the second year, and knowing that you are already looking forward to next year makes us very happy. Please send our regards to the whole family as well! We look forward to welcoming you all back again next year and making many more wonderful memories. 😊

Great place to see the parks!

The property was exactly as listed and was perfect for our short stay to see the local national parks. It is hot this time of year and we were grateful the air conditioners were on when we arrived. The pool is amazing and was definitely used. I consider this property a hidden gem and would stay here again!

The inside of the house was fairly clean, but outside around the pool was another story. There was broken solar lights laying around, a broken bench, broken pool skimmers, broken yard art …It was unfortunate because it could have been a very beautiful backyard.

Wonderful home and hosts

We reserve this home every summer for our family vacation. It is perfectly set up for our 7 person group, that consists of two families. The kids love the pool and game room. The house has always been clean and well cared for. Sanjay & his wife Shraddha are wonderful hosts. They are attentive and responsive. We always look forward to staying there each summer.

Home away from Home!

We had such a great stay. I can’t say enough about the overall experience. The house was comfortable, clean and a fun place to stay! There’s a great game room with lots of things to do. The POOL… it was clean, safe for my younger kids and deep enough (with a diving board) for the adults. Everything we could think of was right at our fingertips. Communication with the owner was amazing and he was right on top of answering any questions we had. We will not only stay here again, but have already recommended it to family.

Amazing!

This was the perfect location to reconnect with friends from out of country. We had 4 kids with us and they spent the whole day and night playing inside and outside. Easy location to get to off I-5. The property is beautiful and spacious and has everything you need for a stay. The kids loved the pool and game room. The grown ups loved that there was plenty for the kids to do so we could just relax. Grocery store super close by. Although we didn’t go hiking or anything (it was too hot!) we did note that it was close by if we come back another time. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Loved this house!!! Plenty of room for my family of 5 plus my younger sister. The game room is pretty sound proof which was awesome. We are from Coos Bay Oregon and have lots of family in the Redding area. As the heat is to much, we had family in and out enjoying the pool with us, my neices and nephews thoroughly enjoyed coming over each day, we stayed a week.We did have a little issue with refrigerator not getting cold enough for my granddaughters insulin and they tried really hard to get someone out which was not a huge deal. All in all, a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Sanjay is a wonderful host!

The property was well maintained over all and Sanjay was very communicative. He responded immediately when we had a power issue and walked me through resetting the circuit breakers. Linens, towels, beds, pool, kitchen and accessories; everything was great! The only observation we had was that many of the inflatable pool toys had holes in them so were unable to be used. The incidentals were even thought of such as shampoo, TP and even laundry detergent. Very highly recommend! Thanks again Sanjay!
