It is composed, on the ground floor: A tiled living room with its Television Lounge + Wifi with its office space, a quality 140cm convertible sofa, a table with 4 chairs + bench, a lovely open equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, traditional coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, ..

All overlooking a terrace facing full South.

An independent tiled WC with water heater, a tiled bathroom with washbasin, Italian shower, towel dryer, washing machine and window.

Upstairs, you will have a room with parquet, 2 90cm beds, storage and electric velux. A second room with parquet 1 160cm bed, storage and 2 windows with blackout curtain.

Outside: a 10m² terrace facing full South with garden furniture, electric plancha and armchair. Accommodation for 4/6 people for a family with children. Pets not allowed.

In addition: End of stay cleaning mandatory and to be paid on site for 65€.
