Great house! Full of extras like beach towels, chairs, paddle board, etc which all made it easier to go and leave. Pool and hot tub were great! We even got to get in a little early to watch the game!

Can’t say enough good things about this house. House was very comfortable- and immaculate! Pool was lovely. Short walk on the boardwalk to a beautiful beach. Hate to leave - hope we get a chance to come back!

We loved staying at Vista Blue. It is a beautiful house with tons of amenities and a great location with easy access to the beach. The pool is everything!! It was exactly what was needed when not at the beach or too hot to do anything else. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing place to enjoy St. Joe Bay don't hesitate!

We had a great family vacation at this beautiful beach house! Everything was clean/well kept and we had all the amenities and then some! We had 4 adults and 2 kiddos and had plenty of indoor/outdoor space to accommodate all of us. We also enjoyed the private pool and easy access to the beach boardwalk. The host was very responsive upon check in and there were no issues during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to be back for another vacation!

Vista Blu was the perfect place for our beach getaway! We loved the ocean views, pool and stroll on a boardwalk to the beach . The home was clean with an open concept our group could comfortably enjoy ! We enjoyed a short walk to the WindMark pizza and mill. The beach chairs, towels and floaty provided made our beach trip easy and perfect. Thank you SO much for sharing your Port St Joe beach front home with us !

House was good but needed some attention. The grills hadnt been cleaned in a long time, firepit was in disrepair and some other details like cabinet doors halfway on hinges and hand soaps dispensers empty or full of mostly water. Also, this is totally out of owners control but know that the beach is very narrow and not maintained. We were there shortly after a hurricane and the sand was full of debris. A short drive up was Mexico beach (also affected by the hurricane) but was cleaned/raked by the city and much more enjoyable. Same with Cape San Blas public beaches.

We had three adults and three children and absolutely loved the house. The kids had a blast in the pool and walking back and forth to the beach on the boardwalks. The house had everything we needed for the week. The owner was easy to talk to and available when needed.

The property was very clean and ideally located for access to the beach. The pool and the pool area very clean.Didn't use the Green Egg, but the Weber grill worked great!Great community close to downtown, but enough away to be quiet. The subdivision had a nice little array of shops and food services as well. The landscaping and flowers were very pretty and well kept.A definite do over in the future!!

Property was lovely and as described. Kitchen was well equipped, house had all the necessities, and we enjoyed our stay. The gas, heated hot tub was the cherry on top, especially since the weather was colder than anticipated. Highly recommend!

This is a fun house to stay at. Close to the beach area, walking paths, and the central area of the neighborhood. The pool is the perfect size along with the common areas of the house. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Thanks for your review and for acknowledging everything within my control, I do my best to make the home as welcoming and comfortable as possible! As for the beach flies- yep, they really showed up this season like they paid rent! 😅 Unfortunately, they’re part of the local wildlife I haven’t figured out how to add to the cleaning schedule. If only I could post a "no fly zone" sign that actually worked! I’ll be honest, I was a little disappointed to see the overall rating dinged for something out of my hands, especially since I work hard to ensure a 5-star stay. But I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and I wish you all the best in your future travels!

Vista blue Heaven

This was our fourth time in PSJ and third time in Windmark. We love this community and this rental was our favorite. It’s such a quiet family friendly community and beach. The owner of this property was very helpful and had excellent communication with us, from his welcome email with lots of tips in it to his text check in with us. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice property!

Overall, this is a great place for relaxing family vacation. Owner is very responsive. Only trade-off was having a nice walkable neighborhood and a private swimming pool, with a less than desirable beach.
