Sun-Kissed II is all about relaxation and comfort, and you will feel right at home when you stay with us. Our fully equipped kitchen is ready to help host your family meals, and you'll find this 2,100 sq. ft townhome incredibly family-friendly! A stroller, high chair, and kid utensils are all here for your use, and you'll love the smart TVs throughout the house. Each of the 4 bedrooms features an attached bathroom and comfy beds. Features include luxurious beds with plush mattresses, high-end furnishings, private attached baths in each bedroom, and thoughtful amenities for the ultimate stay. Enjoy the private rooftop terrace with hot tub, TV, and fire pit. Just outside the main living space is an additional patio with a BBQ and dining area.

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact
