The backyard features a newly remodeled beautiful swimming pool with poolside lounge chairs, a new 8-person hot tub, BBQ grill, a huge patio with outdoor dining table, large grass area for playing or lounging, and multiple seating areas to relax in on a warm day or a cool summer night after a day out adventuring.

Kitchen has all the essentials if you're inclined to make a meal, enjoy the complimentary coffee and tea.

Our place is perfect for families, friends, couples, business travelers, and solo adventurers.

***The pool and hot tub are cleaned and maintained weekly. However, should something beyond our control cause the pool or hot tub to be out of service, no refunds will be given.***

***We have a long-term tenant who lives in the apartment connected to the garage. This unit has a separate entrance, parking spot, and living space. They do not have access to the backyard spaces - these are reserved for you. This includes access to the swimming pool, hot tub, grass area, patio, and bbq.***

This home is the absolute best spot to hide away in while you relax, refresh, laugh and swap stories after work or play in Redding.

House Rules:
1. No Smoking or vaping inside or outside (this includes marijuana).
2. No Unregistered Guests: This is not a place to host friends or family who are not registered and staying at this home.
3. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. Please be considerate of the shared space and our neighbors.
4. Pool and hot tub hours are from 7am - 10pm.

We had a great long weekend stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great. We just wish the pool was heated to be able to use in the colder months. The beds were comfy. Plenty of space.

Comfy, Spacious Home!

Stayed for a weekend fishing trip with friends and my daughter. We usually stay in a hotel in the area, but I don't think we're going to do that anymore now that we've found this lovely and spacious home. Kitchen was well-appointed, beds were super comfortable, and the hot tub was just right. Next time we'll have to swim in the pool... Location is super convenient to downtown and the Hilltop area, so plenty of nearby dining options and grocery if needed.

Quick trip to Redding

This was a very quick trip for us to come to Redding, our former hometown, go to a concert and then go back to our current homes. This was a nice comfortable place to unwind after travel, go out and visit friends, see a concert then head back home. We enjoyed our stay!

Comfy home base

4 guys fishing the Lower Sacramento River found this to be a pretty comfortable home. We spent 3 nights here and all was well. Response from property manager was quick and our issues were resolved to our satisfaction. We did not use the pool or hot tub. Beds super comfy. All bedding and towels, etc. were good quality.
