The open floor space with wall-to-wall windows allows you to admire Gulf and beach views no matter where you are. The living room is appointed with modern amenities and comfortable furniture, including a large sectional near a gas fireplace and TV. This is another great spot to enjoy the views. The corner balcony boasts unparalleled and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach; it's also equipped with a convenient six-person outdoor dining area for meals alfresco, an inviting seating area, and a comfortable lounger. You can access the balcony either from one of the king bedrooms or the living room. The spacious kitchen has all the major appliances needed to fix the most delicious meals and snacks for the group, including a gorgeous Keurig coffee maker for coffee enthusiasts of the group. You can dine alfresco or at the dining table by the kitchen.

With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, this corner condo has enough space for large families, small families, and couples alike. There are three king bedrooms, each one with an en suite full bathroom, and a bunk bedroom with one queen bed and single bunks. Two of the king bathrooms have jetted tubs. Additional amenities you and your guests will have access to during your stay include a community hot tub, a heated outdoor pool, gas grills, and outdoor showers that are just perfect for rinsing off the sand. Four beach chairs and two umbrellas are complimentary.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
