Besides the private cabana and pool area at The Isles of Cay Commons, you will be able to enjoy all the amenities of Vista Cay at Harbor Square, which include an elegant clubhouse, fitness center, business and meeting center, a luxurious heated infinity pool, and children’s pool among its amenities.

Whether in town for a convention, business or fun, this beautifully decorated condo will make you feel just like home. Our open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, state of the art appliances will make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The dining room is the perfect place to start the day with a hearty breakfast before heading over to explore the local attractions. After a day out, you can relax in the living room playing board games or watching movies and cable tv on the large flat screen HDTV with family and friends.

The large master bedroom is tastefully decorated with an ultra-comfortable king bed. It has a large walk-in closet and an en-suite handicap friendly bathroom. The second bedroom and bathroom are located on the far side of the unit, giving extra privacy. Both bedrooms also have their own flatscreen TV. You will find a full capacity washer and dryer, towels and linen, along with all the other items needed to make this your home away from home while visiting the Orlando area.

How do I get directions and check in instructions? Prior to arrival, you will receive directions, gate codes, a keyless access code for the unit, and other pertinent information about your stay. What do I need to bring? We provide you with a fully furnished unit. Our gourmet kitchen is equipped to accommodate meal preparation and storage. We provide linens, towels, beach towels and a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry tabs, dish washing soap, sponge and dishwasher tabs. Great property! Beautiful pool and hot tub. Close to everything! Publix grocery store within walking distance. The have a delicious deli. Lovely walking path that we walked everyday. This was our second year staying at this complex and we would highly recommend it!

ITZ was the company we rented from. They were attentive to every detail to include a welcome basket in our vila along with refreshments fed on the refrigerator as a welcome gift. Wow! The little things like this go a long way. The ONLY issue we had was the odor lingering in the villa. It was more of a food/spice odor. My recommendation is to have air purifiers to clean the air to make it please for the next renters.

Stop searching and chose this one!

We (3 adults) rented this property for four nights and I have to say it was the best decision ever made! The condo is exactly as the pictures shown and it was spotlessly clean. This was a last minute rental for us due to another company falling through. ITZ came through immediately and it was lightning fast communications. There are supplied toiletries, dishwasher and washing machine soaps. If you have any problems, we had none, but a later flight just ask to see if check in or out times can be adjusted. They did for us but communicate as early as possible. The welcome gift basket caught us all by surprise. Who does that these days?? Overall, this is a 10 star review and we will absolutely use them again! Thank you!
