From here you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake, the Borromean Islands and the surrounding mountains. The "Appartamento Toscanini", located in the 1st. OG of the Palazzos, is designed with very much attention to detail. The generous room layout together with modern comfort and tasteful interior design gives the apartment a very special flair. There is a free WLAN Internet access available for navigating the Internet. Shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and the beautiful Romanesque old town are practically in front of your door, and the ferry port of the passenger ferry is only 200 m away. Thus, you can explore the lake by boat and take many diversified excursions up to the Borromeo Islands. For the sports enthusiasts, there is the town's tennis court, the public swimming pool with sand beach and the public beach with sunbathing lawn in only 700 to 900 m distance. The nearby nature reserve Val Grande offers a wide range of possibilities for experiencing and exploring a unique wild and original landscape. The outlook from the living area over the lake is superb. The apartment is above a restaurant which we enjoyed. The lively chatter added to our enjoyment. A very short walk to the ferry terminal, the local supermarket and pattiserie which was great. Ten minute walk to LIDLs. We did several walks in both directions of the lake. We would highly recommend staying here.

Leider lies sich der Fernseher nicht im Betrieb nehmen.
“+” Die Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, gut ausgestatteter Küche etc. hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Die normale Geräuachkulisse durch die sehr zentrale Lage war absolut in Ordnung.
Der Vermieter weiß Bescheid und wollte mal mit dem Bistrobesitzer reden .
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet! Die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut, um die umliegenden Restaurants zu nutzen. Der Lärm bis spät in die Nacht sowie am frühen Morgen ist aufgrund der umliegenden Restaurants allerdings sehr unangenehm. Darüber hinaus hat die Wohnung keinen festen Stellplatz für das Auro, sodass zum Teil eine längere Suche für einen Stellplatz - trotz Ausweiskarte - notwendig ist.
Die Wohnung an sich hat eine tolle Lage mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Es wäre angebracht kleinere Reparaturen durchzuführen, wie zum Beispiel Handtuchhalter wieder zu befestigen, an Wasserhähnen Mischerhebel zu reparieren, die Schlösser der Badtüren wieder abschließbar zu machen usw. . Dies sind zwar alles Kleinigkeiten aber in der Summe doch störend. Auch teilweise intensiveres Putzen wäre z.B. in der Dusche angebracht.
Was jedoch sehr unangenehm war, waren Kakerlaken, die nachts in der Wohnung unterwegs waren. Die Vermieter wurden daraufhin kontaktiert und handelten auch umgehend. Das Problem konnte allerdings nicht behoben werden. Hier bedarf es wohl deutlich intensiverer Maßnahmen.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, liegt sehr Zentral.
Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Ein Abstellplatz für ein Fahrrad gibt es im Haus
Leider kam morgens täglich vor 7:00 Uhr schon die Kehrmaschine, die bei geöffneten Fenstern nicht zu überhören war. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung.
Beste Lage mit Blick auf den See. Top Appartement mit stylischer Einrichtung. Wirklich zum Wohlfühlen. Als wir ankamen ging die Heizung nicht, innerhalb einer halben Stunde war der Handwerker da und die Wohnung warm. Super freundliche und nette Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The breakfast on the balcony face to the lake is amazing. The card to park free the car in front of the building was very appreciated.

Die Wohnung ist alles in allem sehr schön. Es wären jedoch hier und da mal wieder kleine Reparaturen notwendig. Sauberkeit, na ja .
Muss man schon drüber hinwegsehen können. Da gehört mal wieder ne ordentliche Grundreinigung gemacht. Aber das ist motzen auf hohem Niveau. Trotzdem haben wir die Woche genossen. Durch die Bar direkt darunter jedoch nicht zu früh an Schlaf zu denken. Kleiner Tipp: Einfach dazusetzen:)
Fazit: Es war echt schön in Pallanza.
