Great place to stay.

The private pool and lounging area were great and perfect for safe swimming for small children. The beach was only a short walk away. The area was perfect for a quiet family vacation.

Owners Motivated

This stay did not start off well. The company Vacasa, was rude when asking if we could get an early check-in. We were not told an answer only that we would get an email or text if possible. When checking in the code we were given did not work and ended up taking an hour to get in touch with someone to get in. The neighbors we outside and the language was terrible. Then when getting into the house, the downstairs bed came off cinder blocks when family lay on it to go to bed. The second-bed downstairs leg broke two days later. The water dispenser on the refrigerator had air in the line so we had to work to get the air out of the line. The handle on the downstairs bathroom was loose as was the flusher on the toilet in the upstairs bathroom. Once the owners found out about all the problems they were proactive in fixing them. They ordered a new bed frame and had it set up on the first bed within a couple of days. They had ordered a second one but it didn't arrive by the time we left. The owners were very apologetic for the issues and did try to fix them. Vacasa needs to do better in managing its properties. Nowhere did it say we would have a neighbor with junk everywhere or a bed on blocks.

RELAXING

We loved everything about this house! Relaxing, nice neighborhood, close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! Will definitely book again!

Not aware was two separate units having to go outside to access upstairs.

Listed as king in one bedroom upstairs and 2nd bedroom as 2 queens. Was more like a full and a trundle pull out twin. Owner was awesome. Pool was great . Sleeping arrAngements were very difficult for us as we had expected two queens uostairs.

Great location

Great location short walk to the beach and shops. Downstairs unit beds were uncomfortable wish they were the same as upstairs unit but overall we had a great stay.
