Welcome to Vilano Beach! Located in a quaint residential neighborhood, this coastal home is the perfect spot for your next beach getaway! Enjoy time relaxing and grilling a meal by the heated pool or take a short walk to Caps for a stunning sunset dinner! A short walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. 10 minute drive to Historic Downtown St Augustine!

The house is fully available to guests except a locked closet for the owners. Please message me for any questions, needs or recommendations. I would love to help!


The pool can be heated for an additional $50/day, available October 15th. through May 15th.please let us know if you would like us to set that up for you! If the heater has any issues or does not work during your stay, this fee will be refunded. No other part of the booking cost will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!


Cleaning Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities. We maintain high cleaning standards to ensure a pristine environment for your stay. In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. Our dedicated cleaning team will promptly address and correct any concerns to ensure your stay is enjoyable and worry-free. We stand behind our cleaning practices and are committed to providing you with a clean and welcoming space!

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Everything was great! The whole place was new and clean. The beds were so comfortable. Lots of room for us. The pool was clean and beautiful and the pool area great to hang out at. We had the pool heated because it was a chilly week. The kitchen was beautiful with a big island and had all of the appliances and dishes that you would need. There was a little coffee bar with both a drip pot and a Keurig. TVs in all bedrooms and the living room and plenty of bathrooms. Caps on the Water was about a block or 2 away and we walked there twice for dinner and drinks. It was fantastic! Would definitely stay again but maybe a few weeks later so it would be warmer. The Beach is so nice! There is a beach wagon and chairs available. We absolutely loved it! Oh, and Lauren the host responded quickly to any questions we had, she was great!

We had a great time here. The property was beautiful and very well maintained, plus very clean. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for everyone in our group. The beach was a shorrt, easy walk. We had a great time here. Certainly, we will stay here again.

We absolutely adored this property! Every detail, from the thoughtful design and top-notch amenities to the incredibly comfortable beds and luxurious linens, was simply impeccable. The inclusion of games and user-friendly technology for the TVs made our stay even more delightful. The towels were conveniently within reach at all times. Our experience was truly unforgettable, and we find ourselves dreaming about how perfect this place would be for hosting our entire family!

Almost the perfect trip

Our first impression of the house was fantastic. The rooms, living spaces, and back patio with its outdoor furniture were all wonderful. The location was ideal for our first day at the beach, and we were looking forward to enjoying the pool on the second day. On the first day, we noticed that the pool was uncomfortably hot. We contacted the Host and were informed that the temperature issue might be due to the weather. We tried to cool it down using a hose, but by the next morning, the pool was still excessively hot. We checked the water heater and found that the pool temperature was reading 103 degrees. We were advised to turn off the breaker, but unfortunately, it was too late for the water to cool down enough for us to use it. Despite multiple requests for someone to come check the pool, no one visited, and the Host seemed to believe the discomfort with the temperature was just a matter of personal preference. We appreciate that the Host offered compensation for the inconvenience caused by the pool issue, which was a positive gesture. However, it would be helpful if there were more proactive checks or responses to such concerns, especially when guests report issues with amenities like the pool.
