On the second floor, there are four modern south-facing rooms with a balcony and impressive sea view, as well as three additional rooms with a spacious terrace and a view of the adjacent forest. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV, WiFi, a refrigerator, and a private bathroom with a shower.



The offered double room offers approximately 18 m² of living space and is ideal for two people. It features a cosy double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, mirror, desk and a private south-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the sea and the old town of Rovinj. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.



A rich breakfast is served daily on the garden terrace, and a breakfast room is available in cool weather. Guests have access to eight free private parking spaces, an outdoor shower, and shady seating areas in the garden. A small pet up to 10 kg is allowed.
