The bright, 25 m² apartment offers space for two people and is ideal for couples or solo travellers seeking comfort and a peaceful atmosphere. Enjoy the sea view from the covered balcony, which invites you to linger with a table and chairs.
The well-equipped kitchenette with electric cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher and filter coffee maker allows you to cater for yourself with ease. For additional comfort, a washing machine is also available to you, which is particularly advantageous for longer stays. A cosy double bed, air conditioning, SAT-TV and WiFi ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The bathroom is modern and features a shower, window and toilet.
The studio is located on the first floor of a house with a total of five apartments, nestled in plenty of greenery and surrounded by a well-maintained garden with shady spots. A separate entrance guarantees privacy and a relaxed arrival. Parking facilities are available directly at the property.
Only 300 metres separate you from the dreamlike shingle beach, which invites you to take long walks, swim and enjoy a variety of water sports. The centre of Baska with restaurants, supermarkets and important facilities is approximately 1.2 kilometres away and easy to reach. The idyllic location also offers numerous opportunities for hiking and cultural experiences on the island.
Our house is located in a quiet residential area with plenty of nature and distant views, perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle. For families, couples and active holidaymakers alike, the surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities such as diving, sailing, tennis, mini golf and much more.
