PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Enjoy your next rest and beach holiday but sometimes in this typical Dalmatian stone house, in the middle of the old fishing and holiday village Pisak between Omis and Makarska. To Split it is only 40km.

The picturesquely situated holiday home stands in dense building in the midst of old stone houses in the second row to the sea and as soon as one leaves the house one is in the midst of winding old lanes. Right next door is the more than 500 years old village church of St. Mark. 2 restaurants are just around the corner right on the harbor. The sea is only 30m away. The nearest pebble beach is 100m away. Parking is available at the house due to the narrow building only one.

The small house is only available as a whole to groups of max. 6 people, ideally to families, rented and offers on 120m ², spread over 3 floors, two studios, each with its own terrace on the 1st floor and attic floor, and a bedroom and a cozy kitchen on the ground floor. The air-conditioned DG offers a beautiful sea view. The approximately 200m ² outdoor area offers a small well-kept garden with play facilities for children and an outdoor grill. Both studios have satellite TV.

A special feature of the house is the Wi-Fi Internet access. If necessary, the laundry can be washed by the landlords. There is 2 free car parkings (60m away, below the church).

Pets are not allowed. The friendly landlords, who incidentally live in the neighboring house, speak perfect German, as well as English, some French and of course Croatian. are available to answer your questions.
