Dieses freistehende Haus befindet sich im Ort Selca, auf dem Insel Brac, direkt am Meer, ruhig gelegen in einer Bucht am Ende der Straße. Die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt ca. 5m.
Idealer Platz um Urlaub zu machen und sich zu erholen.
Im Erdgeschoß lebt der Eigentümer.
Die Ferienwohnung mit separatem Eingang besteht aus:
- Zwei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten;
- Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit Auszieh-/Schlafsofa für
zwei Personen und Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine;
- Badezimmer mit Dusche;
- Terrasse mit herrlichem Meeresblick, Gartenmöbel;
- Kinderhochstühle (STOKKE) und Babybett sind vorhanden;
- Bettwäsche, Badetücher und die Tücher für die Strandliegen (70cm x 180cm) werden wöchentlich gewechselt;
Wohnzimmer ist mit Klima Anlage ausgestattet, die auch für die beiden Schlafzimmer ausreichen kühle Luft zur Verfügung stellt.
Eine Strandliege (Strandstuhl) sind für jeden Gast vorhanden.
Bootsanlegeplatz steht zum Anlegen bereit.
