Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this modern holiday apartment in Stanici near Omis, just 30 metres from the beach. The 70 m² apartment on the first floor offers space for up to five people and impresses with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living and dining area with a sofa bed. The spacious terrace with sea view invites you to relax. WiFi, satellite TV (including German-language channels) and air conditioning ensure high comfort. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and pets are not allowed.
For communal use, a car park, grill, washing machine and a boat jetty with boat are available. Airport transfer can be organised upon request. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included, the air conditioning can be used for longer at an additional charge.
