About this property

Kick back and relax in this stylish 1961 two bedroom, one bathroom cottage. Our cute cottage has been restored with many cool updates including a farmhouse sink with black wood floors in the upper bedroom and kitchen. The bathroom has subway tile and a lot of wood accents. It has been updated with central air conditioning and heat. We also added a side deck with a private hot tub. The place is an amazing get away for an escape to Ruidoso. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Must be 25 years old to rent. No pets allowed.

Nice but cleanliness issues

Cabin was nice and we liked it. The only issues we had is when we arrived there was no toilet paper or trash bags. Also, there were dirty towels in the bathtub. We also couldn't find any instructions about what to do when leaving like what to do with towels or sheets. We asked property owner and while her response was within an hour, it was blunt and honestly did not help us.
