Villa Justina is located in the middle of the island of Krk, in the village of Kras, in an idyllic, quiet and romantic setting, 4 km from the beautiful, sandy beach.

The villa is located on a plot of 1000 m2, surrounded by greenery and Mediterranean plants, and a beautiful path leads to the house surrounded by grapevines. The entire property is surrounded by stone walls.

The villa has 163 m2, three bedrooms with double beds, 4 bathrooms, two additional beds and can accommodate a total of 8 people. The ground floor has a bedroom with bathroom, a spacious living room and kitchen with all appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee machine).

Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The entire villa is air-conditioned, all rooms have their own air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV are free of charge.
In front of the villa is a covered terrace with seating, and right next to it a children's playground.

A pool of 36 m2 is centrally located in the courtyard, and next to the pool there is an annex with a shower and bath.

A shop with fresh ingredients is only 300 meters away and a restaurant with excellent meat and fish dishes is only 2 km away.

The location of Villa Justina enables guests to reach all beaches and small towns on the island in just 10-15 minutes. Let yourself be enchanted by the natural beauties!

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche auf Krk. Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestaltet. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, was das Haus sehr komfortabel macht. Die Kinder konnten nicht genug vom Pool bekommen. Die Lage war perfekt für uns, da es sehr ruhig war. Die zentrale Lage war super, da man zwar überall hin etwas fahren musste, es aber nirgendwo wirklich weit war. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Küche mit Geschirr für 8 Personen ausgestattet ist. Wir haben fast alle Mahlzeiten selbst gekocht, so dass man oft nach dem Frühstück das Geschirr per Hand abwaschen musste, weil man es fürs Mittagessen wieder brauchte und der Geschirrspüler noch nicht voll war oder noch lief.

Super für erholsamen Urlaub

Sehr schönes großes Haus, komplett sauber und mit großzügingen Räumen. Das Grundstück hierzu war sehr groß wie auch für den Hund komplett mit Mauern abgegrenzt so dass man den Huind frei laufen lassen konnte. Perfekt für Hund und uns. Der Pool war sehr sehr sauber und perfekt zum badne geeignet. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und konnte man alles unkompliziert klären. Vielen Danke , gerne wieder.

Das Objekt ist sehr schön undi erfüllt voll die Erwartung die auf der Webseite geweckt wurden. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, den wir alle aber besonders unsere Kinder genossen haben. Man kann hier wirklich zur Ruhe kommen.

Hat uns begeistert ... wir kommen sicher wieder

Der Internet Auftritt hat uns schon sehr gefallen, die Realität hat das übertroffen. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hammer-Grundstück, abseits der Straße, vom Grün umgeben, absolut ruhig. Die Anlage ist großzügig und gut durchdacht. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich mit einem liebevollen Bezug zum Ort. Jedes Schlafzimmer (4 Stück) hat ein eigenes, modernes Bad und auch einen Fernseher. Die Beschreibung der Ausstattung ist zutreffend (na ja, der Toaster ist eher ein Waffelmaker, die Toasts schmeckten trotzdem). Der Poolbereich ist sehr großzügig und sehr schön "umpflanzt". Das Gesamt-Ambiente fanden wir einfach super. Das Zurückkommen vom "Strandleben" war eine Wohltat. Die "Vermittler Familie" (Sitz in Krk) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders angetan waren wir von der wirklich sehr symphatischen Besitzer-Familie. Kein "Urlaubsunternehmen" sondern eine Familie die ihr eigenes kleines Paradies anderen zeitweise überlässt. Herr ... spricht sehr gut deutsch und war in jeder Hinsicht bemüht und kompetent. Für den täglichen Morgenbedarf (frisches Gebäck etc.) muss man einen 10 Minuten Spaziergang in Kauf nehmen. Man spaziert an der Dorfkirche vorbei und findet direkt am Laden einen kleinen robusten Spielplatz vor. Somit wollte unser Kleiner jeden Tag morgens einkaufen gehen. Echte Supermärkte müssen mit Auto angefahren werden, liegen aber günstig "auf dem Weg zu den Urlaubsorten" am Meer. Kurz: wir haben uns sauwohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder hinfahren. Hiermit möchte ich die Gelegenheit nutzen uns nochmals bei Familie ... bedanken und sie herzlich aus München zu grüßen.
