Entering the house from the courtyard, you will find a spacious living area with a dining table on your right and a fully equipped kitchen area on your left. Opening onto this bright space, you will also find a lounge with all modern comforts.

The sleeping area is on the same level and consists of two double bedrooms.
A separate WC and a large bathroom with a bathtub are at your disposal.

An additional ‘mezzanine’ area is located above the living area.

You will enjoy a large wooded park, a large secure swimming pool, a covered terrace and a ping pong table for family fun. A shaded terrace with a plancha grill on the south-east side of the house where you can enjoy your summer meals.
