This is the second year in a row my friend and I have spend our Iraq War Reunion Weekend. The property is a great tucked-away spot. We spent the weekend getting caught up between meals on the grill. Nice front porch, you can sit each evening and watch the sun go down over the mountains. Great spot to get away from it all.
I meet every year with a friend I served in Iraq with in. We like a quiet place to hang out and get caught up. This property was great for that. There is a long front porch that is great for hanging out. Sun goes down right in front of you from the porch too. The kitchen is a great too and there is a grill on the porch. You can easily do all your cooking there if so inclined. My friend and I did a day hike at The Road to Nowhere trail nearby, there are restautants in nearby Bryson City. Super clean and cozy.
