It was a great stay for our large group. It was clean and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The couches have seen better days but were just fine for us. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay for a guys golf trip. We gave 5 courses within 30 minutes and were steps from the beach. Roomy enough for 8 plus guys and we could walk to anything we needed

All was well until the electricity suddenly went out in the unit - unknown reason. Abe answered telephone promptly however I wasn’t expecting him to answer it saying “yeah” and not with a greeting which demonstrated a little unprofessionalism. After that initial encounter, he was fine. Lost power from 0940 until 1110.

This was the perfect property for our large family vacation. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the large table in the dining area was perfect to gather for meals.

Nothing how I imagined it to be. I was excited about my family first visit to the beach for bike week and was dissapointed in the villa. VERY VERY NASTY. Dirty floors, dirty linen, refrigerator was filthy. And and discretion on the hammock was totally disguisting.

I actually spoke to this guest on the morning after they checked in because they wanted extra parking passes and I had to inform them that the HOA limits us to four passes. They never said a single thing about any issues with the villa but left the call disgruntled because they couldn’t have more parking passes. I never heard from them again until this review. We also have an independent inspector/manager that is not associated with the cleaning company that inspects every villa before the guest arrives. Part of his inspecting process is to upload pictures of the villa after the clean to a shared drive. I looked at those pictures for this guest’s check-in and couldn’t see anything wrong. If you stay in one of our villas and you are not happy, please let us know while you are there.

We enjoyed our stay from the beginning until the end. The things surrounding the villa were great for eating, entertainment, and the beach was in walking distance. Everyone enjoyed their and we are planning a stay from Monday through Friday.

Great spot close to the beach

This place worked great for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. The close proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. It was also great to have four parking spots available for our group.

Great Condo in great location

Stayed here for family vacation and it was perfect for our group of 9. Very spacious and plenty of bathrooms. The 2 refrigerators and ginormous table were very helpful with a bigger group. Location was close to everything and just short walk to beach. Plus the pool/lazy river was a hit with all the young kiddos. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time staying here in Myrtle Beach! The condo was in a convenient location and right across the street from the beach! The condo was clean and had plenty of space for our party of 13! We would most definitely stay here again!

As is standard in beach villa rentals, we provide supplies to last the average guest a few days. As the guest gets settled in they may have to go to the local store to get more. Unlike hotels, we do not have staff on site to bring more and calling us to have a maintenance call out to bring a guest a roll of toilet paper when there is a shop across the street doesn’t seem a good solution. Paper towels and trash can liners are standard hotel fare.

July 4th Family Vacation

Great location and villa. Plenty of space for a large family. My grandkids had a ball in the laxy river and the beach. The only issue was not having a hammock like described. Everything else was great. We would definately stay here again.

Myrtle Beach

The villa was beautiful! We all couldn’t be happier of this location of where we stayed. Perfect walking distance to the beach, the pool in the villa was great as well, solid spot that had everything around the villa to walk to. Would highly recommend staying here and will absolutely come and stay there again!!
