It is located directly on Lake Schwerin with a bathing beach, children's playground and fireplace, water sports and fishing. The high-quality equipment with sauna, light-flooded rooms and beautiful south-facing terrace invite you to relax.

After the sauna, you can go directly into the water directly at the house and start long hikes on land or on the water; many cycling, riding and hiking trails invite you to do so. There is a lot to discover!

The non-smoking house has a modern fitted kitchen on the ground floor in the living room, a living room with a spacious couch and TV, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 large, comfortable bathrooms and a sauna. With approx. 100 square meters, it offers enough space for 2-4 people, families with children are welcome.

A free parking lot is located directly in front of the house. The spacious south-facing terrace with lots of green space can be used individually by you.
