Comfortable holiday home with charm, located directly between lake and forest

Our holiday house, which was extensively renovated in 2017, is distinguished by its exceptional location (only by a road from the lake shore and about 200 meters from the forest) as well as by its luxurious facilities.
The house is located on a well-tended plot with lawns, on which is a climbing frame with swings and slide. There is also a sand box for the small guests in the immediate vicinity of the large south-facing terrace. At the back of the house is a large balcony overlooking the lake.
In the interior of the house is a cozy living / dining room with fireplace and reading corner to relax. A flat screen TV is available in the living room as well as in the (parents) bedroom. The bright and modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and refrigerator. In the upper floor you have two bedrooms (one bedroom with boxspring bed (sleeping area180 x 200 cm), a bedroom with a bunk bed (lounge area down 140 x 200 cm, top 90 x 200 cm). The bathroom contains a large shower, a toilet and a towel radiator. On the ground floor is a second WC.
The entire holiday house is heated by a floor heating system, supplied by an environmentally friendly air heat pump. The balcony is directly accessible from the living / dining room. The terrace has direct access from the kitchen.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and on the adjacent terrace as well as the balcony.

Bicycles and a canoe are available for guests to borrow. Peaceful pets are welcome.

Children under 6 years of age are free of charge.
