Bright and airy home with ample large windows to let in the fresh ocean breeze. Brand new built in 2021! Spacious rooms with a beautiful kitchen to prepare your favorite island dishes. Downstairs 3 bedroom 1 bath lockout unit also available. They can be connected as one space with 7 bedrooms and 3 baths. Rent both for larger families or groups traveling together. Nice, quiet neighborhood location with no through traffic. Close to quaint Kailua Town shopping and eateries and walking distance to Kalama Beach Park and Kailua Beach. Only 25 minutes to world class shopping, dining and entertainment in Waikiki, but insulated from the traffic and noise of Waikiki. Come find your island vibe here in Kailua!

Very comfortable and safe resident. Convenient location to multiple beaches (Kailua (Walking), Lanikai (10min), Waimanalo (30min), downtown Kailua (Walking), H3 and Pali Rd (to travel to other parts of island). Amenities were clean and complete. Full Kitchen, plus lots of towels, boogie boards, beach chairs. Easy access to laundry. Lots of room for parking. Cherie is responsive and easily reachable. Check-in and Check-out process were super easy and no fuzz. Highly recommend.

Great for families!

We stayed for the winter holidays and it was the perfect home base for us, our infant and our extended family. It's actually larger and better than even the photos suggest. New construction and appliances were top notch. In a quiet neighborhood around half a mile north of Kailua town where there is everything you need including groceries, a Target, lots of tacos. Of course Kailua beach is also 3/4 mile west--you can walk or drive, we always found parking near the beach even during busy times. Host was very friendly and responsive. Waikiki is around a 25-30 min drive. I went to three public, local golf courses that were within a 15 min drive.

I’m originally from California, have lived in Hawaii for the past 7 years, and am currently stationed in Europe with my husband. Though we love it here, we miss strolling down beautiful Kailua Beach at sunrise, spending the day snorkling with the turtles on Lanikai Beach, paddling out to the Mokes (the twin islands, Moku Nui and Moku Iki), hiking to the Lanikai Pillboxes and the many other trails and waterfalls on the island. We also love getaways to our ski chalet in Sun Valley, Idaho for some epic snow time. For now, we’re spending our free time traveling in Europe, discovering new places and are grateful to be able to host great guests in our homes while we are away.

Kailua is the simply the best place on the island. It has all you can ask for, world-class beaches and water sports, a quaint, island-town feel, with boutique shopping, dining with a regional flare, and palm trees swaying in the gentle ocean breeze. Plus we have the best weather on the island, not too hot, not too windy, and not too wet. Our home is in Coconut Grove neighborhood, an ideal residential neighborhood, with very little traffic, yet it's close to the quaint downtown Kailua shops and eateries and only minutes from major commute corridors, 25-30 minutes to Waikiki, the airport and most hospitals and military bases on island.

What makes this property unique

Our home is only 4 years old, so unlike most older homes in Hawaii, our home offers modern appliances, A/C and ceiling fans in every room, your own laundry machines, is more spacious, and features many expansive, screened windows to enjoy the ocean breezes and island views. We provide 2 Wifis for fast, reliable service and have plenty of parking.
