This beautiful villa is located in a quiet environment, just 500 meters from the sandy beach, surrounded by greenery, which is absolutely perfect for family stays and offers peace and privacy.

Villa Dalmata 1 has a total of 140 m2. In the garden there is a heated swimming pool with sun loungers where you can enjoy your time with the family. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave and coffee machine. The living room has a sofa bed where two people can sleep. The house can accommodate up to 8 people.

The entire villa is air conditioned and you can use free WiFi and satellite TV. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The rooms have access to a large terrace from which you can enjoy your morning coffee and the view of the sea.

On the terrace on the ground floor there is a large wooden table with chairs, a grill and a small table for children.

In agreement with the owners, it is possible to organize the delivery of fresh first class fish to the villa, hire a professional cook or waiter and order a massage.

The center of Privlaka, where Villa Dalmata is located, is only 1 km away, and the first restaurant and shop are 500 meters from the house. Privlaka is known for its long sandy beaches and crystal clear water. Thanks to the hardworking fishermen from Privlaka, you can always buy fresh, freshly caught fish there. The restaurants offer mussels, olives, cheese and quality wines that will satisfy the most demanding gourmets. Near Privlaka is Nin, a historical place with many sights and only 20 km away is Zadar, one of the most popular tourist cities in Croatia, which was declared the most beautiful destination in Europe in 2016.
