The apartment is located on the first floor of a residence 350 meters from the beach. It is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, mini-oven, stovetop, washing machine, and television. The apartment sleeps four: a two-seater sofa in the living room and two single beds (80cm wide) that can be joined to form a double bed (160cm wide) in the bedroom. It also features a 6m² east-facing loggia and a parking space within the residence.

The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning.
