Newly renovated apartment with modern furnishings, in a well-kept country house in a Mediterranean style beautiful rose garden. Near Ottobeuren with the basilica era baroque romantic bathing street of the priest Joh. Seb. Kneipp and its natural medicine. Relaxing area, pure nature. Invites you to go for a walk and hike in the spell forest. Schachenbad Naturweiher (bathing) can be reached on foot from the house. In winter cross-country skiing, the next trail can be reached by car. So hike in the footsteps of Kneipp in the popular Allgäu with its mountains and lakes and castles from King Ludwig.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden: sauber, gastfreundliche Vermieter. Ca. 1 km Entfernung nach Ottobeuren über geteerte Wege entlang Wiesen und Wald. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Ottobeuren.

Not what we expected

Rosalie is a very hands on owner, always there to answer questions or help out. The location is very nice, small village atmosphere yet close to Ottobeuren and Memmingen. The apartment is very, very small, even by European standards, is in the basement and was not a 2 bedroom as I had reserved. We planned to stay for 2 weeks but left early due to the cramped quarters and the smoking area being right outside the only entrance.
