Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt bzw. nur nach vorheriger Rücksprache. Die Böden sind teilweise gefliest oder mit hochwertigem Laminat belegt, sodass sich auch Allergiker durchaus wohlfühlen können. Kostenfreie - öffentliche - Parkplätze stehen direkt vor dem Haus, und ca. einer Gehminute entfernt, zur Verfügung.
