About this property

Beautiful location on South Funen, near Faaborg and with panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding area. The cottage is bright and inviting and offers a comfortable interior for a nice vacation.

The heart of the house is the 40 m² living room, which flows into the open kitchen and has a fireplace, which spreads a warm and cozy atmosphere with its crackling fire. In the house there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the larger of which is equipped with a 2-person whirlpool tub and has access to the house's sauna. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds and there is a separate bathroom at the living room. A house with clinker and wooden floors.
From the living room is a direct exit to the beautiful sun terrace.

The surroundings of the house consists of a beautiful nature, there is a good beach and a public playground. In the author golf course, tennis court and indoor swimming pool are easily accessible.

Gesamteindruck ist gut

Das Haus gefiel uns gut, nur leider waren einige Sachen defekt oder nicht mehr vorhanden, z B.: ein paar Stühle waren so wackelig das man nicht darauf sitzen konnte. Es fehlten mehrere Vorhänge an den Fenstern, die bei der Sonneneinstrahlung wichtig gewesen währen, desweiteren war im ersten Bad die Duschstange extrem lose.Im Wohnzimmer unten war ein Sprung in der Türscheibe und der Reinigungszustand des Hauses war nicht zufriedenstellend. Trotz dieser Mängel hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub, dass lag nicht zu letzt an der schönen Lage mit dem Meerblick.Einfach Klasse !!! Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!.
