The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a two-burner electric cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine, and a television. Its standout feature is a 20m² corner terrace offering unobstructed mountain views and a partial sea view.

The "Le Diplomate" residence is a beachfront building with an elevator. You only need to cross the pedestrian promenade to reach the sand. Parking spaces are located on either side of the building and are numbered. Access to the building is secured by a code, and the parking areas are locked at nightfall.
