Wedding weekend

Wonderful place to stay. Just minutes from downtown Manteca. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room and a pool to boot. Great Wolf Resort 5 minutes away. Pradeep available to answer any questions. Thank you

Beautiful property

Comfortable getaway

Spent the 4th of July here with family. I choose it because of the pool to escape the summer heat. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Pool was very clean and refreshing. The host was attentive and friendly. I liked having the laundry available to wash all of our wet swimming clothes. Overall, we had a comfortable summer stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

A fun retreat!

I surprised my wife for our anniversary with the venue, and she couldn't more thrilled. The host even allowed me to check in early to decorate the place, since this was a surprise for my wife. The description of the venue was accurate as described. My guests were also very pleased to see the spaciousness, open backyard and gazebo. The farm theme was a great cherry on top! If a chance allows, I would come back and stay longer.

Family Time in Manteca

Such an amazing place to stay! The inside of the house was clean, comfortable, super spacious and everything we needed. The kitchen was well-appointed and we love the room with the three queen size beds where our daughters slept comfortably. This ranch style home is ideal for our elderly parents. It has a wonderful backyard with a pool, gazebo, and a lighted patio area for entertaining. Although, we didn’t use the pool. Maybe if we had stayed longer. Pardeep was very friendly and communicative. Our family had a great time. Thank you!

Pool was a lot of fun for kids, house is comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Lots of kitchen stuff, great coffee maker, air fryer, even had stevia packets which I forgot to pack, I was grateful & happy to have it already there. Would have liked another TV so that kids can watch TV and adults can too but overall one TV kept us all be together. Appreciated host’s availability and coming to clean the pool for us too. Overall, we would stay here again!!!

Great choice for my long stay

I never leave reviews but due to my overall experience I was very eager to do so. This place is hands down everything that you can ask for. I am very picky when it comes to clean homes and the appearance of bathrooms and kitchen. This house is gorgeous from the moment you pull in to the driveway and walk into the home. It was very spacious and comfortable for our 2 week stay. To put the icing on the cake, the owner of the home was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. My grandson pulled down the table runner and broke one of the décor pieces and I offered to replace it and the owner told me it was okay and was very kind about it. It’s not often you find great people. I will definitely book again on my next visit to California.

Wonderful Stay! Home away from Home!

We had the most relaxing time in Pardeeps house!! As a host he was very responsive to any issues we had. We were able to relax in the house, watch TV, play games, grill and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Fabulous House with amazing pool and gazebo!

Me, my husband, my mom and dad and my 3 year old son were in town for a wedding. Could not be happier with this house! Mom and dad got their own side and me and my husband and son on the other. Huge bedrooms with comfy beds. Fabulous living room with plenty of room for all of us. Large kitchen with everything you could need for cooking or grilling outside. We absolutely loved the pool (my son swam all day)! Sat on the couch outside in the gazebo and enjoyed the breeze and beautiful orchard surrounding the property. Very secluded and peaceful. Highly recommended. Would absolutely stay here again. Easily could bring another couple and another kid and still have more than enough room. Pardeep was an excellent host and super friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable. Regards. All the best.

Great family visit

This property was perfect for our family visit. We come to Manteca every year to visit family and this home was perfect for us. With the pool and large home size, we were able to have our family over to visit and have dinner with. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Located just outside of town, it was peaceful and easy to get to. We will stay here again or next visit.

Great home near everything but yet remote

We had 2 employees staying at the house for a month and the house was spacious and very clean. The home owner was super nice and very accommodating. Thank you again we enjoyed our stay.
