About this property

Brand new green construction townhome in the heart of the Columbia City neighborhood of Seattle. 2 blocks from the light rail makes for easy access to the airport, stadiums, downtown, capitol hill, and Seattle Center (Climate Pledge Arena and the Space Needle) via the monorail. There are also incredible restaurants, cafes, and breweries all within a few blocks walking distance. Free street parking with no time limit if you choose to drive.

The space
Two stories with lots of natural lighting, 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Can sleep up to four with the comfy pull out sofa in the living room. 65" 4K QLED TV in the living room with Netflix, Amazon video, and Hulu. Attached deck is perfect for a sunset meal!

You will have access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and laundry room.

Other things to note
Sleep well with a Nectar brand memory foam mattress with crisp white sheets and four fluffy pillows. Prepare gourmet meals in the full kitchen with a coffee maker, stove top, oven, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, freezer with ice maker, and large sink. Take a shower in large shower with glass doors. Get dressed in the walk in closet. Take care of some work with high speed WiFi and a table and chairs next to a window.

Perfect location in Columbia city

The best place we have stayed in Seattle. Clean, modern and affordable. The only thing I would like to see is a welcome book that includes the Wi-Fi password when we arrive. Would not hesitate to stay there again and again

Excellent Stay

This property is overall very clean, fairly quiet, and has easy access to public transportation as well as a short drive into Seattle. We would stay here again.

Nice and clean

Everything worked out great. The townhouse felt new and it was easy to communicate with the host, clear instructions, and no issues with parking.
