This property is new construction, so it has a very functional layout and everything is in excellent condition. Most of the furnishings are also brand new.
What makes this property unique
There is only one neighbor (with a privacy fence between) and it is very conveniently located close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, casinos and Old Town Bay St Louis
