In the small town Ticino (35 km from the Baltic Sea), you will find a leisure center with saunas, small indoor pool, wellness and fitness studio.
Furthermore, there is a large climbing wall and a children's adventure park in the indoor park at the Alter Zuckerfabrik.
Furthermore, Ticino offers a golf course, a canoe rental and a bicycle rental station. In this station, bicycle tours are also offered.

The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area.
Directly to the Ostseestrand, depending on the beach location, it is about 45 km.
The motorway BAB 20 can be reached in approx. 5 min and the connection to the BAB 19 in approx. 15 min.
The Hansestadt Roctock is 25 km away. (Journey time by car approx. 20 min.)
By train (runs hourly) you reach Rostock in about 45 min. ,

I offer you a nice apartment (compl. House) with comfortable furniture up to 4 persons (also single rental).
An extra bed for two or three people (so beyond 4 people) is available as an emergency extra bed. (per person 10, - €)

The living area is with open adjacent kitchen.
