As you enter the main villa you will notice right away the fine and classy Colonial-style furnishings in the striking living room offering relaxing views. This stylish property features a fully equipped large kitchen, a classy bar and an elegant dining room overlooking the pool. Relax in the cozy TV room and watch your favorite programs on the big screen TV. An office desk with computer complements the setup. The large and spacious terrace provides a comfortable seating area and a big table for al fresco dining.

A master bedroom with a private small kitchen and a 2nd adjoined bedroom lay on the 1st floor.
