Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 130 sqm and can accommodate up to 11 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 2 single beds. American kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to early September, diameter 5 m, 0.90 m deep).
