The guest bedroom has 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed and easy access to a full guest bath. The beautiful landscaped grounds overlook the golf course and the on- site pool is just across the parking lot from this unit. Evian has tennis courts on-site to use, and enjoy the easy access to the bike paths throughout the gated community of Shipyard. Sit on the beautiful outside deck just off of the kitchen and enjoy wonderful views. You won't believe how serene it is! This unit is less than a mile from the Shipyard Beach Club which is walkable but an easy bike ride.
Shipyard itself is just around the corner from the bustling Coligny Beach area which has several shops, restaurants as well as the new Low Country Celebration Park.
